Design Style
In the beginning around 1973, the architectural designs produced by Coop Himmelb(l)au [Wolf D. Prix] are pneumatic spatial constructs. Furthermore, come to the 1980s, Coop Himmelb(l)au [Wolf D. Prix] came to be a leading exponent of Deconstructivism in architecture since their projects notably represented fragmentary and redefined structures. Furthermore, Wolf D. Prix also stated that architect as a single genius is over, he think the architects nowadays need to learn how to communicate and work in a team, that is the way of Coop Himmelb(l)au design and work in the office.

Personality
Wolf D. Prix got a really strong concept of his design. He like to work as a team rather than a single genius.  He also highly regarded as both an academic and practitioner, Wolf D. Prix is an architect's architect. He like to employed advances in technology to create spaces that challenge tradition and convention. His projects represent an embrace of imbalance, disquiet, distortion, fragmentation and chaos

Famous quotation : "Architecture Must Burn!" a manifesto which extolled the virtues of an architecture "that bleeds, exhausts, that turns and even breaks"

Advice for the young : If you think in architectural terms, only architecture will come out
"don't follow leaders, watch the parking meters"
you don't need the weatherman to know how the wind blows

Part 2 : Wolf D. Prix [Coop Himmelb(l)au] Brief

Room List (minimum requirement)

  • 1 Master Bedroom (min 20sqm) with ensuite
  • 1 Children Bedrooms
  • Studio room or Home office (min 15sqm)
  • Private Living Room
  • Dining Room
  • Kitchen
  • Laundry
  • Housemaid room
  • Car Garage (min for 2 cars)
Reasons

Why I did not include guest room or guest toilet?
In my opinion, according to his style and his hectic activity, he do not want a guest to come to his own personal house. Friends especially clients should come to his office to meet him.

Studio Room or Home office?
Wolf D. Prix like to do his job in his office (outside the house). So this room will act as his storage room to keep important file projects or maybe some important books.

Private Living Room?
He need to have a private living room to relaxed his body and his mind from his business. The living room should be very comfortable and relaxing. It might be a good consideration to have fireplace in the living room with a luxury music player in the living room.

Housemaid Room?
He need to have maybe more than one housemaid to look after his house and maybe the important think he need to have a personal chef to provide him with good and healthy food.

So basically, in my opinion Wolf D. Prix needs a very comfy and luxury house because he is so busy with his life outside the house. Furthermore, there is no need to paint the wall for the house because he loved to use the colour of the material especially 'silver'.
